彼は、島の外から漁業を行うために移住してきました。
ほぼ毎日、早朝から漁に出てキンメを釣っています。
厳しい親方の下で技術を学び、独立しました。
ほどよい脂身の美味しいキンメが自慢です。

This is the young fisherman who provided the KINME for this event. He moved to the island from outside to do fishing.
Almost every day, he goes out fishing from early morning to catch snapper.
He learned his skills under a strict master and became independent.
He is proud of his delicious KINME with just the right amount of fat.
